Order Processing

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders will then be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.

We use fully tracked shipping methods where you are able to check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.

In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, Brunels © reserves the right to cancel the transaction. you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Taxes & Duties

Brunels © does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy only applies to orders within the UK. If you are based outside of Europe we do not offer any return policy meaning all sales are final. If an item is purchased through pre-order it can not be returned as the item is made to order.

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

– Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date

– Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

– Be returned with original tags and packaging

Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box and accessories as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Shipping fees for the return is paid by the buyer. Please insure all packages with a tracking number.

Brunels © reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Upon receiving the returned item, we inspect the goods prior to processing the refund. Once inspection is passed. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
