Order Processing

Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day. All orders will then be dispatched from us within 1-3 working days. In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.

We use fully tracked shipping methods where you are able to check the status of your package at any time using the link in the shipping notification.

In the event that a sold-out item has been purchased or a product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake, Brunels © reserves the right to cancel the transaction. you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Taxes & Duties

Brunels © does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. If you refuse to pay for customs and the package is returned to us and we can not refund you for the shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We do our due-diligence to ensure all sales are the genuine, original products thus meaning all sales are final. However if it can be proven that a purchase is of an item was not authentic or is counterfeit, we will issue a full refund as long as the customer notifies us within 7 days upon the item being delivered.
